Batalla Family is a private family office guided by continuity, discretion, and a long-term perspective. We are seeking a Chief Capital Officer to lead capital formation for selected investments and ventures.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this individual will work closely with our leadership and strategic advisors to develop investor relationships, shape fundraising strategy, and oversee its execution.

The appointment

The Chief Capital Officer will take responsibility for the capital formation process, from investor identification and initial engagement through due diligence and closing. The role combines strategic judgment with direct, consistent involvement in execution.
